Anexo takes you on a journey through Spain with menus specially developed by our Head Chef Petko Sharankov. Anexo serves small traditional Spanish plates with a modern edge, with a focus heavily on wood fire cooking.

 
 

Petko has spent the last 16 years cooking or involved in food operations for some of the biggest names in the industry. Originally from Bulgaria he is a Westminster-Kingsway College graduate and has been part of the teams at Michelin starred Restaurant Tom Aikens, Fino & Barafina.

He moved on from fine dining to become part of the Food Operation Teams for Honest Burgers & BrewDog for the next 7 years where he helped them become some of the most recognisable names in the UK.

Now he is back cooking where he took the reins of the kitchen at Anexo serving small Spanish inspired dishes with a modern edge and heavy focus on wood fired cooking

Located on Fore Street in Hertford (40 minutes from central London)

To accompany the food, wine expert Bert Blaize (Le Manoir aux Quat’Saisons, Clove Club, Birch Community), has curated a wine list of Spanish, Portugese and English wines and sherries.
